Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Badger ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country.

• One account per person. Don't share or sell your account.
• Use accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account; keep your sign-in credentials safe.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page.

When you link Steam, Xbox, or Discord, you authorize Badger to read achievement and friend data from those platforms on your behalf, using the permissions you grant. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Profile page. Disconnecting doesn't cancel orders already placed.

• Badges are priced per pin and may be discounted when bought in combos (the "combo ladder"). Prices are shown in USD at checkout.
• One badge per achievement per platform account. You can only buy a given badge once on a given Steam or Xbox account. This rule is durable and survives Badger account deletion — recreating an account and re-linking the same Steam or Xbox profile will not let you re-buy those badges.
• Shipping, taxes, and any customs fees are shown at checkout or charged on delivery per local rules.
• Refunds: defective or damaged pins are replaced or refunded at our discretion within 30 days of delivery. Contact info@badgermerch.com.

Achievement integrity is core to the product. We may decline to grant a badge, hide a badge from public views, or remove access from accounts we reasonably believe have boosted, cheated, or otherwise artificially obtained the underlying achievement. No refunds are issued for badges removed for cheating.

• Don't scrape, mass-download, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't resell badges or accounts.
• Don't post abusive, hateful, harassing, or illegal content in display board captions, board names, or anywhere else you can add text.
• Don't interfere with other users' accounts, friend graphs, or orders.

You retain ownership of the text and layout choices you submit (captions, board identity, display board configurations). You grant Badger Merch Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the service. We may remove content that violates our wordlist filter or community standards.

Game artwork, names, and logos belong to their respective publishers. Badger licenses the right to depict them on physical and digital badges. Badger brand assets (logo, name, custom artwork) are reserved to Badger Merch Ltd.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel or skip a shipment from the Subscription page at any time before the cutoff date shown for the next shipment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't refund partial periods.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badger Merch Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless your local consumer law gives you stronger rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
